Our Field Workers:
We offer in-house continuous training to field workers to ensure quality service to our beneficiaries. Thus, training is organized monthly in the community.
CUT has developed expertise in the field of Harm Reduction, and other related fields, our partners call on us for training.
Since 2010 CUT carries out information sessions at “Lycée des Mascareignes”. These sessions cover the different substances currently in circulation and offer the space to speak openly about drugs, different methods of consumption and different precautions that must be taken when consuming drugs.
CUT has recently started working with various businesses. Thus, we meet with employees to talk about drugs, drug use and precautions relative to these drugs.
CUT offers training in the field of harm reduction at the regional level. Training in Kenya in collaboration with PILS on the project Community Action on Harm Reduction (CAHR) and training in Burkina Faso as part of the “Ethical Issues related to prevention and care interventions related to Drug Users” were organized in 2012.
